		<description>Cool to here from an employee of NetNumina about the acquisition.  It is very sad that almost all VCs are meddling in the companies that they invest; it is their job after all.  I am surprised to hear that the company was acquired for less than what was invested into it.  I would speculate that this is not necessarily the case (although I have no information to back this up myself).  Good luck with your future endeavors.</description>
